in person training

My in-person training is done at my private studio called Let’s Get Fit Personal Training located in Allen Park, Michigan. There I offer either 30 minute or hour sessions. No down payment or contract is needed, you can either pay as you go or pay up front for the month and go month to month for as long as you like. The studio is only open based on clientele appointments, it is not a public facility. I train both female and male clientele of all ages and all physical levels. Each workout is custom made for that clients’ goals, needs, comfortability, and endurance levels.

I want to teach and educate you as much as I can, and I want you to feel confident and be able to find your true potential. The 30-minute sessions are more circuit based going from station to station getting in as much as we can in that amount of time. The hour sessions of course are longer in duration of time but are more of a slower pace in terms of doing one exercise 4-5 times through then moving onto the next exercise or throwing in a superset here and there. Most of my clients see me two to three times a week if not more. Every Sunday I make my schedule for the week so if you are unable to do the same days and times each week I am able to accommodate that for you while working around my other clients schedules. I truly love what I do, and I want you to feel at home at my studio and truly achieve the goals you have in mind.

Let’s Get Fit Personal Training LLC is a private studio dedicated to personal training sessions. It is an individualized gym where you can choose from 30 minute or hour sessions. There is no contract and no down payment needed. You can pay as you go or pay up front for the month and go month to month for as long as you like. Every client receives their own workouts based on the goals they have in mind, their comfortability level, and strength levels. Each workout is custom designed for that particular client. Female and male clientele of all ages train at Let’s Get Fit Personal Training LLC. Through the years clients ages have ranged from 9-72 years old. Previously located in Dearborn, Michigan for 5 years and now located in Allen Park, Michigan going on two years. Most clients train two to three times a week if not more. Open based on clientele demand. Let’s Get Fit Personal Training is not a public gym.
