I have never hired a personal trainer before and I was definitely green to the whole experience. Erin was super open and willing to answer any questions I had before starting my training. I have been seeing Erin as my personal trainer for several months now and the results I have achieved are mind blowing. I have muscle definition in places I’ve never seen before, nor have I ever thought I could have. After just 30 minutes with her I am dripping from sweat! She is very receptive to your goals, and obstacles (I have a shoulder injury) - creating custom workout plans centered around these focused areas! Her prices are fair and the take away value is incredible! While she is very personable and easy to talk to, once I step through the door she is straight to business giving me my stations so I am able to get the most out of my time with her and what I paid for!

I started training with Erin in 2018 and I continue to see amazing results. Every improvement, no matter how small, feels like a big accomplishment because Erin is always there to cheer me on. I look forward to every session. I am also in my second month of nutrition coaching with Erin and the transformation is unbelievable. Erin is a gem! I have been consistently coming to Let’s Get Fit since January 2019. I was never really an athletic person before, and was pretty intimidated by the weight training/body building world. Erin has always been positive and encouraging and has made me feel like I belong at the gym with everybody else. She has never made me feel bad about my body or my abilities, and has always encouraged me when I felt like I couldn’t do something. For this reason, I am stronger than I have ever been! She is knowledgeable, and easy to talk to if you’re wanting more information on really anything! She is personable and down to earth and cares about her clients! It has been a great experience training with someone who is knowledgeable and kind. I have worked with one on one trainers before and I have not been completely satisfied with the experience. They would offer me cookie cutter meal plans and workouts that did not align with my goals. Training with Erin is nothing like this! Her workouts are tough and challenging and depending on your goals, you get new workouts every week or every month. preventing boredom. She will ask you for your goals or feedback to customize training even more. Even if you are confused on how to do an exercise, she will send you a youtube video of how it should be done.

Erin, does make herself available via text or email if you ever need anything. She responds to everything in a timely manner. Each week, I was able to check in and obtain or get my diet tweaked for the following week. I truly enjoyed working with Erin and I will continue to do so because of her balanced approach to fitness. ave been an online client of Erin for little over a year now and I have loved every minute of it. Over that period of time, I have obtained great results!

I am a 44 year old female from Dearborn. Erin has been personally training me two times a week for the last three years. I am 5’6 and I was 138 pounds when Erin began training me.

When I first started, my main goal was to have a better physique so I have exclusively done weight training. We discussed other goals but I did not have a weight loss amount in mind and was not overly concerned about nutrition so we haven’t focused on anything else.
