My Online Training service is to provide you with weekly custom workouts to achieve your fitness and health goals. I send your workouts via email every Sunday for that upcoming week and from that you can do them on your own time. The workouts are custom based on your goals, equipment availability, and endurance level. Every bit is made just for you. One month gives you 4 weeks of workouts. If you also have any questions about a particular workout, I am able to send you pictures or videos on how to properly perform the exercise given. Online training clients can be from anywhere and you are still be able to work with me. I am here to teach and guide you as much as I can and will be cheering you on every step of the way.
